BrandedWholesaleUK.com is a site operated by Gold Voltage Limited (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9049050 and with our registered office at: 43 Julia Street, Manchester, M3 1LN. Our email address is sales@BrandedWholesaleUK.com.
All goods remain the property of Gold Voltage Ltd until invoice is settled in full. Any shortages must be reported within 7 days.
All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT, (where applicable) at the current rates. We will show VAT seperately and include it in the total price. Prices are exclusive of packaging and delivery charges which are quoted seperately. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if is to your benefit.
We welcome enquiries from international customers. Prices exclude UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%. Customers who have a valid VAT number may be exempt. Proof will be required.
We accept most credit and debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal and Cheques. Orders will be processed and shipped or made available for collection only when full payment is made.
Product Images and descriptions
Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure the size breakdown of a pack is as listed, on occasion there may be slight differences. If the breakdown listed is considerably different ( more than 2 in a pack a different size ) we will get in touch to check this is satisfactory with the customer.
Accepting Orders and Security
When you place an order, either by telephone or in writing, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
When you receive your e-mail confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check the details.
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with various agencies, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.
The property and title to the goods shall remain in the seller’s name until buyer has paid for them in full. If such payment is overdue in whole or in part, the seller shall have right with or without prior notice at any time to retake possession of the whole or in part of the goods and may enter upon any premises occupied by the buyer without prejudice to any of his rights.
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8-30am and 5-30pm.
We will inform you by Email or telephone at least 48 hours prior to despatch of our expected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.
We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy within UK and Europe, which is in addition to your statutory rights. Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Returns are available for all orders within the UK and Europe. Returns are not available from any country outside of UK and Europe.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the order value.
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible
Shortages And Faulty or Damaged Stock
Goods should be inspected by the customer upon delivery. The company will not be liable for the shortages, faulty or damaged goods unless notified within 7 days of the receipt of the goods and no further claims will be entertained after this period.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
These terms and conditions only cover the BrandedWholesaleUK web site. Any other web sites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our control.
We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
